Our Starter Kits offer fully functional Wireless Sensor Networks for a variety of applications. They each include a Gateway, typically the AP-310, plus a range of sensors according to your specific requirements (to measure and record Temperature, Humidity and/or Light levels). Then simply add any required repeaters, and you are ready to go.
Each of the kits offers Plug-and-Play functionality, with sensors and Gateway programmed to work 'out-of-the-box'. Each of the sensors will have a typical battery life (from 2x AA cells) of approx 2 years.
All kits use the 2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4 standard and utilise the Atomic JenieJenNet network stack. This robust protocol can co-exist with other 2.4GHz wireless systems such as WiFi and Bluetooth that are likely to be present in the same environment.
